Environmental Impact Statement Documents

The draft Environmental Impact Statement was formally issued on May 1, 2008. The Corps of Engineers had posted the draft EIS and some of the background technical reports on their website, but unfortunately these documents have been removed. Similarly, they had posted the public comments they received, but these too no longer seem to be available.

Save The Poudre Coalition Comments to the Corps of Engineers

The Save The Poudre Coalition sent reams of comments to the Corps of Engineers in time for their September 13 deadline. Many of the Coalition members sent their comments in under their own letterhead, but below we post those sent jointly by the Coalition.
